Acceptance of Terms
By ordering food items, accessing our digital menus, or engaging with FoodieDelights_PK via phone, WhatsApp, or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Food Menu and Availability
All menu items, daily specials, deals, and prices listed on our menu are subject to change and availability. FoodieDelights_PK reserves the right to discontinue or substitute ingredients without prior notice.
Order Placement and Acceptance
An order placed by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase food items. Order acceptance occurs when FoodieDelights_PK confirms the order details and begins food preparation.
Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), in-person cash payments at the shop, and digital wallet/bank transfers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Full payment is required upon delivery or pickup.
Dietary and Allergy Disclaimer
While we take strict precautions during food preparation, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and meat products. Customers with severe food allergies must inform us prior to placing an order. FoodieDelights_PK is not liable for undisclosed allergic reactions.
Catering and Event Pre-Orders
Pre-orders for catering, family gatherings, or bulk events require a minimum 30% non-refundable advance deposit to confirm the booking and secure ingredient procurement.
Intellectual Property & Branding
All logos, brand graphics, menu designs, promotional pictures, and social media media content belonging to FoodieDelights_PK remain our sole intellectual property and may not be used without written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
FoodieDelights_PK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from order delays, minor taste variations, or reliance on menu item depictions.
Customer Conduct Policy
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against abusive, disrespectful, or fraudulent behavior directed towards our kitchen staff or delivery riders. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse service to offending individuals.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi.
Modification of Terms
FoodieDelights_PK reserves the right to revise or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued ordering after updates signifies full acceptance of the revised terms.
